In this epoch the most important figure was Bernardo Reyes, governor of the state of Nuevo León during the dictatorship of Porfirio Díaz. General military dress and his wife and the beautiful carriage used by Porfirio Díaz during his visit to Monterrey in 1898, are the most attractive pieces in this room.
